December 12th I bought a car here through the valley can program I had contacted my credit union and had already secured a loan through them for the car. While Doing the paperwork I was having trouble contacting my credit Union by phone. The salesman at Sam's had brought me paperwork Showing financing through them Insisting that If I couldn't get through to my bank soon I would have to be financed through them for a much higher rate and much higher monthly payments several times insisting that if i did not get through to my bank soon i would have to use their financing. I did get in touch with my bank and proceeded with the purchase. When i arrived I had explained that there were a couple personal items still in my truck that i was releasing to them after the sale that i would like to get those out of the truck before they remove it from where it was parked , that didnt happen i had a charger for my phone that fit into your cup holder with 4 spots to plug cords I had my extra long fast charge C cord a short C cord and an android cord plugged into it a small rechargeable flashlight and a marine battery in the truck bed in back and my sweater after asking several people about my belongings I got my sweater back but had to push the issue about the rest they carried a battery to the car and placed it in the trunk and kept talking circles about my charging station and cords and flashlight and couldnt decide who it was that actually moved my truck. I gave up decided to let it go I had been at this dealership ALL day (partly due to time trying to contact my bank)
